Abstract
The syndrome is very rare and firstly reported by Freeman and Sheldon in 1938. Features of this syndrome include a characteristic appearance with multiple skeletal anomalies, probably due to abnormal muscle tone.
The diagnosis is based on the characteristic appearance with prominent supraorbital ridge, sunken eyes, telecanthus, hypoplastic alae nasi, high narrow palate, long philtrum and marked microstomia with puckered lips. The hands showed
symmetrically
clenched fingers with camptodactyly and ulnar deviation and palm-clutched thumb without bony abnormality. The feet demonstrated mild bilateral talipes equinovarus. We reported one cases of Freeman-Sheldon syndrome who was admitted for multiple
skeletal
